To Learn You Must Learn to Forget

To Learn You Must Forget

Discovering the Truth of *your* feeling in the throw, is found through forgetting everything you have previously learned.

Rather, not holding knowledge in place so that it hardens into immovable opinions and ideas.

To “know”, to be certain is an implied safety net we can’t afford in a discipline as dynamic as the throws (certainty also says much more about ones insecurity, than workable knowledge. But that’s a conversation for another day, perhaps..)

Knowledge is the result of *active* learning.

Active learning is the result of being open regardless of what we think we’ve already learned.
